Late last year, Hyundai Construction Equipment announced it was forming a partnership with South Korean telecom operator SK Telecom and geolocation software company Trimble to use 5G networks to aid the monitoring of its construction equipment. This video presents the first fruits of that relationship with the deployment of drones equipped with thermo and HD cameras for enhanced monitoring and improved safety on the work site.
