On June 1, 2019, Enterex revealed that it had changed its company name to Enterex Polska following the acquisition of battery thermal management firm BSPLĀ (Behr Service Polska).
How has Enterex proceeded in Europe?
At the end of 2016, Enterex took over AVA ā a leading automotive aftermarket distributor company founded in 1957. In 2018 the expansion continued by integrating the Polish company Highway International as AVA CEE, a company producing OEM equivalent radiators, and as such, AVA expanded its product range to include radiators for trucks.
The investment roadmap continued when AVA CEE opened a brand-new facility in NiepoÅomice, Poland. In addition, the new warehouse and office facilities of AVA Benelux in Hapert were opened in 2019. Enterexās level of investment and expansion roadmap shows a very clear commitment to the European region.
Why the acquisition of BSPL?
BSPL immediately became an important part of the Enterex OEM segment growth strategy. Enterex International, formerly acting with two OEM regional sales and research and development (R&D) centers ā Westbrook, Connecticut, US and Yangzhou, China ā has now created a global organization enabling to thee US, Asia and Europe to be served with dedicated business development, sales and engineering facilities.
Enterex Polska has been included in EnterexĀ“s Center of Excellence (CoE) network ā leading the commercial vehicle, off-highway and battery electric vehicle (BEV) segment R&D and application engineering initiatives. This matches with the companyās dedicated CoE for Automotive and Industrial segment in the US. The Engineering Center in Yangzhou continues to support customers with wind tunnel, thermo-mechanical and material scientific testing and research.
What does all this mean for Enterex Polskaās clients?
Enterex Polska wants to point out that several things will not change. Its customers will continue to work with the same people in the organization as they have done in the past. All staff are being retained in their current roles. The services that were provided to customers in the past will continue to be offered by the new organization and new services are now available.
Enterex Polska remains the preferred technical partner for our clients. Innovations and differentiation provide performance and cost advantages. Delivery times and costs can be decreased for European clients by matching their demand oscillation. Geographical location and cultural understanding have built solid customer relationships ā many of them going back decades.
What are Enterex Polskaās next steps in Europe?
The next manufacturing progress involves two phases. Phase one (2019): deliver sheet metal solutions, final assembly of complete cooling systems, quality control and distribution hub. Phase two (with project start 2020): complete production line with advanced brazing technology to serve Europe and the US.
Last but not least
Enterex Polska believes that by being close to, and working closely with its customers, it is able to keep up-to-date with the constant evolution of technology and requirements, in order to maintain oits position as a specialist that solves thermal management challenges.
