Bonfiglioli has released a new track drive – the 709CE – designed particularly for crushers and screeners facing harsh weather conditions.
The motor adapts well to all heavy-duty applications thanks to the ductile iron casting housing, which is robust and resistant to environmental stress and contaminants such as dust and water. It is compliant with IP67 protection level.
The efficient 709CE planetary drives from Bonfiglioli are coupled with an electrical motor with high power density and are specially designed for high-voltage hybrid drive systems.
The new track drive has a three-stage planetary configuration and reaches a rated power of 22kW with a rated voltage of 380Vrms. The gearmotor is capable of providing up to 31,500Nm peak torque.
Due to the IPM (Internal Permanent Magnet) technology and the integrated liquid cooling system, the compact motor is able to supply greater power density than would otherwise be possible.
Its rugged design is further enhanced by the technology used in the stator (the stationary part of an electric motor), which is made with concentrated winding. Furthermore, the integrated, electrically released safety brake offers high protection, as well as saving space.
The broad selection of drive solutions, combined with very high quality, advanced technology, and a great deal of expertise, makes Bonfiglioli an ideal partner for all construction equipment manufacturers. Their many years of experience certify Bonfiglioli’s capability to design, develop and create robust tailor-made solutions, perfectly adapted to its customers’ requests and needs.
Bonfiglioli will be exhibiting at Bauma Munich 2019, on April 8-14, in Hall A3 (Stand 337).
