Haulotte has announced it is to start construction on a new eco-friendly and forward-thinking headquarters.
Located in the town of Lorette in the Loire region of France, the building will be close to the company’s manufacturing site.
Architects were instructed to come up with a building designed to offer employees and customers a ‘unique’ experience.
Accordingly, the 5,000m² office space will include open areas to promote collaborative working and the combination of natural light with optimal connectivity will make it an eco-friendly place to work and do business.
In addition to this, Haulotte has given 31,000m² of extra land over to the construction project for the building of new research and development facilities, with 2,500m² of this land devoted solely to developing future prototypes.
To offer customers the most fulfilling experience possible, the company has imagined a showroom equal to its ambitions, with conference and meeting areas to receive customers coming from the around the world.
The site will also be the home to the Haulotte Academy, which will provide training specifically designed for international customers and their staff.
The construction project announcement follows the company’s win earlier this year at Hire18 in the best new product category for its latest articulating boom, the HA26 RTJ Pro.
