A consortium consisting of Dutch investment companies Foreman Capital and Standard Investment has completed the acquisition of Bosal-Sekura Industries, a leading supplier of customized cab solutions to the off-highway vehicle sector, from the BOSAL Group.
During a strategic review of the BOSAL Group, BOSAL’s cabins division was identified to have limited synergies with the rest of the group. A divestment would allow a more efficient use of capital within the BOSAL Group.
The company, which will be renamed Sekura Cabins A/S, will continue to position itself as the long-term partner of choice for its customers. Under the new ownership, Sekura Cabins’ operations will continue unchanged from Randers, offering its current and new cooperation partners a solid platform for future growth.
Sekura Cabins A/S specializes in the design, development and manufacture of top-quality space frame cabs for construction/mining, forestry, agricultural and industrial vehicles. It meets your needs for a flexible, rapidly responsive, medium-volume cab production, providing all the advantages of seamless integration and customised cab solutions.
Foreman Capital and Standard Investment are two Netherlands-based independent investment companies focused on investments in growth-oriented medium-sized European companies that are among others active in trade, manufacturing and service provision.
