Doosan has confirmed its appearance at this year’s MACH event in the UK.
The company’s B30X-7 electric counterbalance forklift truck will be on display at the UK manufacturing technologies exhibition, which takes place at the NEC in Birmingham on April 9-13.
A representative example of the company’s range of over 200 counterbalance models, the three-tonne vehicle has a rated load capacity of 3,000kg. With a wheel base of 1,734mm and a turning radius of 2,095mm, the machine is capable of a top speed of 16km/h when loaded, and 18km/h when unloaded.
Paul Watson, UK sales director for Doosan, said, “Manufacturing is one of our strongest
industrial markets. We support businesses across a range of applications, from heavy-duty handling tasks in harsh environments such as foundries, brick works and paper mills, to busy factory spaces where maneuverability, precision and smooth operation are key requirements.Â
“This is an important show for the manufacturing sector and we’re delighted to have the opportunity to engage with businesses on ways of driving productivity and performance in their material handling operations.”
