Visitors to Agritechnica this week received an insight into Case IH’s upcoming high-end technology and connectivity for large-scale farmers and professional producers. Developments across the Case IH range were on show at the brand’s stand, which was part of the huge CNH Industrial display.
Case IH Autonomous Concept Vehicle
Front and centre of the Case IH stand was the famous Autonomous Concept Vehicle (ACV) which was first revealed in 2017. The ACV was brought back to public display to signify how the concept is being brought to life, with the first transfer of the technology to real machinery that will soon enter farms around the world.

The Axial-Flow 4000 Series, which is available in a number of Asia, Middle East and Africa markets, was also on display – only virtually. Selected guests took part in the Virtual Walk Around Experience, in which participants wore special virtual reality goggles, while holding a controller in their hands to point to parts of the machine, or virtually walk around it. They could even open doors, remove panels and look inside different parts of the combine harvester. Virtual reality enabled Case IH to show customers the main benefits of the Axial-Flow 4000 Series, without requiring the machine to be physically present at Agritechnica.
