A new tractor range will launch at Lamma 18, the show’s organizers have confirmed.
The event takes place on January 17 and 18, 2018 at the East of England showground in Peterborough, UK.
The second-generation McCormick X7s series tractor will be one of the new vehicles on display. The most powerful model with 205hp available at its disposal offers up to 225hp for power take-off. A Power Plus engine provides the power for all models across the range, while a P6-Drive transmission provides two extra powershift steps and an additional range for extra speed control.
Case IH is launching its Quadtrac CVX tractors, equipped with CVX drive transmission – a first on an articulated tracked tractor. Producing up to 613hp, the 540 CVX is the most powerful tractor with a continuously variable transmission (CVT). Each of the machines is powered by electronically-controlled 12.9l Cursor 13 six-cylinder engines, developed by FPT Industrial.
The compact Landini Rex 4 Series tractors will also debut at Lamma, with a power output range between 69-111hp. The F version can be configured to a width of 1.3m, while the narrowest version of the vehicle is only 1m wide and designed for vineyard work.
