Manuli Hydraulics has announced it has developed high-quality cutting blades, capable of cutting tough hosing material.
The upgraded blades replace the previous 400mm and 520mm products previously produced by the company.
A Manuli Hydraulics spokesperson said, “Manuli Hydraulics is always on the lookout for ways to improve both the efficiency and the quality of new and existing production operations. With this in mind we have reassessed our cutting equipment offering. As a market leader in hydraulic hoses and assembly machines, we wanted to offer a better-quality cut, a longer lifecycle and less noise on our assembly equipment.
“After many hours of field testing, we believe that we have found the best solution for our partners: new cutting blades proven to provide an extended operational life of up to twice that of the current blades, a very clean cut, and up to 50% noise decrease.”
The news follows the company’s launch last year of flat face multiconnectors that combined the performance benefits of quick couplings and the safety advantages of typical multiconnectors.
