Should operators of industrial off-highway vehicles be required to wear more protective clothing?

In Alberta, Canada, legislation has been introduced this week that makes it mandatory for all drivers of personal off-highway vehicles such as quad bikes and snowmobiles to wear helmets. At present, this law doesn't cover industrial off-highway vehicles but we want to hear from you:
